Todd Greenbaum is the Owner and Founder of Title Town Settlements, LLC and the law firm Greenbaum & Associates, LLC.  Todd is a native Washingtonian having been raised in Fairfax, VA and Gaithersburg, MD, where he attended Quince Orchard High School.  Todd earned his undergraduate degree from Lafayette College in Easton, PA where he was a student-athlete.  He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and played quarterback for the Leopards.  Todd then graduated from the Widener University School of Law in 2004 with a Juris Doctor and was a member of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. 

His legal experience began as law clerk to The Honorable Ann S. Harrington in the Circuit Court of Maryland for Montgomery County.  Todd then spent two years as a civil litigator before moving into the real estate industry as a settlement attorney.

Todd has conducted hundreds of closings, handles all aspects of the real estate transaction from start to finish, prepares deeds, mortgages and other documents necessary to the settlement process and teaches Continuing Education to real estate agents.  He specializes in residential and commercial purchase and refinance transactions, including short sales and foreclosures.  His goal in founding Title Town Settlements was to create a company that focuses on the balance between the high level of customer service that clients expect while being able to establish long-lasting personal relationships.  Many title companies focus only on the amount of business they are doing and lose sight of the personal attention clients deserve.    

Todd is an Attorney admitted to practice in the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia and is an active member of the Maryland, D.C. and Montgomery County Bar Associations.
