Todd Greenbaum is the Owner and Founder of Title Town Settlements, LLC. Todd is a native Washingtonian having been raised in Fairfax, VA and Gaithersburg, MD, where he attended Quince Orchard High School. Todd earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Lafayette College in Easton, PA where he played quarterback for the Leopards football team. Todd then graduated from the Widener University School of Law in 2004 with a Juris Doctor and was a member of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law.

His legal experience began as law clerk to The Honorable Ann S. Harrington in the Circuit Court of Maryland for Montgomery County. Todd then spent two years as a civil litigator before moving into the real estate industry as a settlement attorney.

Todd has conducted thousands of purchase and refinance settlements since Title Town Settlements opened its doors in June 2009. He is experienced in handling all aspects of the real estate transaction from start to finish, including preparing deeds, mortgages and other documents necessary to the settlement process. He specializes in residential and commercial purchase and refinance transactions, including short sales and foreclosures. His goal in founding Title Town Settlements was to create a company that focuses on the balance between a high level of production and maintaining the personal attention that realtors, lenders and their clients expect.

Todd is an Attorney admitted to practice in the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia and is an active in the MD, DC and Moco Bar Associations
